About the Event
American Diversity Group has made arrangements with Walgreens for assisting in providing free flu shots to the community. The total number of flu shots available are very limited in numbers and will be provided based on first come first serve basis. This is only for the individuals of ages 12 and above in the community without insurance and unable to pay for the shots. Once an individual registers using the below provided link Walgreens will send an email to the registrant. The registrant will have to print the voucher to take with them to any Walgreens to get the flu shot.
Each member (Husband/Wife/other family members) will have to register separately with different emails for separate voucher for each individual.
