1100 hot cook meals with 600 boxes of fresh produce were distributed today at GGSF Rockville kudos to all volunteers who came out in this 90 degree plus temp and assisted the community in American Diversity Group Food Drive Grab and Go.

Grab & Go June 25
Thursday June 25th , 200 families living in the Windsor Court and Tower Apartments/ Briggs Chaney community received fresh produce, non-perishable groceries, milk and information on 2020 Census, COVID-19, MC311, available County and minority health related resources. Special thanks to these partners-Kingdom Fellowship AME Church, Nourish Now, East County Regional Office, MCPS, MoCo Food Council, Windsor Court, ESYDA, African American Health Program.

At Mangal Mandir. We had 700 cars plus. Community celebrated with Cupcakes, Juice , cookies , and baked items at Food Drive Grab and Go events. Milk, Fresh Produce , non perishables items were distributed Total 35,000 lbs. Thanks to Volunteers highly motivated to serve the community fromHigh School and College Grads giving Back to community. We will continue this next week June 28 at Mangal Mandir.
