Our Programs

American Diversity Group (ADG) provides comprehensive programs that promote health, wellness, and education for individuals of all ages. From free clinical care to digital literacy and community outreach, our services are designed to address the diverse needs of the populations we serve.

Below are our current programs and services, all offered free of cost.

1. ADG Cares – Free Clinic

What We Provide:

  • Walk-in primary care (no insurance or appointment required)

  • Chronic condition management

  • Preventive education

  • Referrals when needed

Who Can Access:
Open to all individuals, regardless of immigration or insurance status.

Every Saturday (9:00 AM – 3:00 PM) and Sunday (9:00 AM – 2:00 PM)

2. Free Lab Work

What’s Included:

  • Standard diagnostic blood tests

  • Diabetes-related labs

  • Results follow-up with clinic doctors

  • No-cost services for patients who attend ADG Cares clinic

Who Can Access:
Open to all individuals, regardless of immigration or insurance status.

Who It’s For: Seniors, low-income adults, ESL populations, and tech-newcomers

Once a month on a selected Saturday

3. Chronic Disease Management

Conditions Addressed:

  • Diabetes

  • Hypertension

  • Arthritis

  • Asthma

  • Other long-term illnesses​

Services Include:

  • Vital monitoring

  • Medication review

  • Health coaching

  • Follow-up planning

Who It’s For: Seniors, low-income adults, ESL populations, and tech-newcomers

Available every Saturday and Sunday during clinic hours

4. Prevention and Wellness Programs

Focus Areas:

  • Physical wellness and hygiene

  • Mental health and emotional well-being

  • Healthy habits and nutrition basics

  • Preventive care through awareness sessions

5. Digital Health Literacy

What We Teach:

  • How to book appointments online

  • Accessing telehealth services

  • Using patient portals

  • Secure communication with providers

Goal: To close the digital divide in healthcare access.

6. Free Preventive Screenings

Screenings Offered:

  • Bone density

  • Spot vision

  • Audiology

  • Diabetic retinal exams

  • Blood pressure

  • Blood glucose

  • BMI measurements
