Montgomery County Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS): Provides comprehensive public health, behavioral health, housing, and economic support services that protect and promote the well-being of county residents.

Asian American Health Initiative (AAHI): A division under DHHS dedicated to improving the health and wellness of Asian American communities through linguistically and culturally tailored health education and outreach.

Carl M. Freeman Foundation: A private family foundation offering strategic grantmaking—particularly through its FACES initiative—for small, community-driven nonprofits serving the DMV region.

Black Physicians and Healthcare Network (BPHN): Connects Black residents in Montgomery County with culturally competent medical professionals and services while promoting preventative health education.

George Washington University – Milken Institute School of Public Health: Engages in public health research, academic-community partnerships, and policy advocacy with a focus on improving outcomes for marginalized communities.

Sewa International: Also a program partner, Sewa provides funding, volunteers, and operational support to ADG’s health fairs, free clinics, and disaster relief programs.

Primary Care Coalition (PCC): In addition to being a partner, PCC helps fund community healthcare provider capacity and innovations in population health data and services.

Health Initiative Foundation (HIF): A repeat funder of ADG programs, HIF supports strategic initiatives that expand access to affordable, community-based, and culturally informed care.
